All these herbal treatments are subjective. Me and my wife take Curcumin every day as we have read about its benefits. We as such have no real problems. Our BP is normal, Sugar levels and lipid profile is normal. we are using it as a possible preventive measure along with Omega 3 supplements.

I take this daily to prevent inflammation. I had really bad swelling and inflammation during my last pregnancy and so far during this one I’ve had pretty much none. My carpal tunnel was so bad last time around. I was so miserable and in constant pain for over a year. I’m down to my last few weeks and I’m just now starting to notice that my feet swell up a little if I’m on them for too long. I work 10 hour shifts on my feet and it’s to be expected. Will definitely keep taking this supplement probably forever.

Bought this for my husband who has very significant pain issues due to inflammation...he is now on his 2nd bottle and I will continue to order it....the must unexpected "side effect" has been his hands are not freezing cold...for several winters and sometimes in the summer He would have to wear gloves in the house and still his hands would be cold but this winter since starting the turmeric this has not been an issue...there have been other benefits but this has been the most dramatic

I ordered this for my housemate because she has a lot of joint pain. When she ran out, she ordered another product from another store. After taking the other product fir a couple weeks her joint pain returned and ahe begged me to reorder this one. I did and she is once again pain free. I know she highly recommends it.

After reading a lot of references I took Turmeric for an inflammatory process in my system that has been severe. The pain has subsided by a small amount. Hopefully, the longer I take it the more effective it should be. Several reviews stated it is better if black pepper is added
